Newly re-released by The Lemon Report, the infamous video of Matthew Berdyck being served on 3 separate restraining orders, 2 of which are still in effect today because of the heroic actions of this brave process server.
NO ONE associated with the film participated in this video, nor did Peter John Ross or anyone make anyone file for their respective restraining orders against Matthew Berdyck. That allegation is delusional.

It’s not normal for one person to have so many protection orders against them. Matthew Berdyck denies he is doing anything wrong, even in the face of such overwhelming evidence that other people find his actions to be scary enough to go before a judge, tell the truth, and try to get protection.
As a point of fact, as I am told, the process server did not lure Matthew to that place, someone who genuinely wanted to buy his equipment saw the craigslist ad, responded, and when he changed his mind, he told one of the people applying for a restraining order against Berdyck, who told the process server when and where to meet Matthew.
Social Media Monster director Peter John Ross currently has a Civil Stalking Protection Order in effect against Matthew Berdyck. There are also 4 warrants for Berdyck’s arrest, 1 stemming from violations of the CSPO.
